Answer: ‘Them’ refers to the people from the Robotics International. They have to be persuaded because Ajay has expected something that was against the policy of the makers of robots, Robotics International. If these robots were insisted to speak lie then they may cause a mishap. Ajay didn’t want them to take away Manku as it was of great help to the family.
