Answer: While telling the stories, Danny’s father used to stride up and down, waving his arms and waggling his fingers. However, mostly, he would sit close to Danny on the edge of his bunk and speak very softly.

Answer: The character from one of the best serial stories told by Danny’s father is The Big Friendly Giant. He was three times as tall as an ordinary man and his hands were as big as wheelbarrows. He lived in a vast underground cavern and used to come out into the open only when it is dark.

Answer: When the magic powder really takes over, the dream no longer remains a dream but a real happening. The child is not asleep in bed but is fully awake and is actually in the place of the dream and is taking part in the whole real thing.
