Answer: The sea buck thorn fruit, also known as ‘Holy fruit of the Himalayas’, besides being the richest source of Vitamin-C, contains nutrients and photo-chemicals that may help cure inflammatory disorders, cancer and other diseases.

Answer: When the buck thorn shrubs are laden with small, yellowish-orange, round berries it is time to harvest the fruit. The fruits are too small to pluck and trees are thorny. So, one person gently taps the branches with a stick, while two hold a tub below to catch the fruit.
