Answer: Dhani said this. Gandhiji and his followers were planning to march to Dandi.

Answer: Dhani thought that something was going on because the ashram had become very noisy and full of activity.

Answer: Gandhiji was going to walk through Gujarat to reach the sea at a place called Dandi. Dhani found this idea clever because this way the news will spread and more and more people will join.

Question 6: Explain how Gandhiji made Dhani agree to stay at the ashram.

Answer: Gandhiji told Dhani, if he goes with him there will be no one to take care of his goat Binni. After walking so long, he will become weak and will need to drink a lot of milk to become strong again. So for feeding the goat, Dhani has to stay at the ashram.
