When her husband asked her where the money was, she said that it was hidden in the bowl that was in the kitchen. Hearing that the robber was happy to take the bowl but was disappointed to find only garbage in it.

Answer: The robbers took their revenge by carrying away the bed on which the barber’s wife was sleeping.
