Answer: The idea that Anansi came up with was that it would spin a web. It would tie one end around its leg and one end to the pot and when the food got ready, the web would be pulled and Anansi would come running. With this idea, Anansi could have food at all its friend’s places.

Answer: Anansi jumped into the river and when all the webs were washed out, he pulled himself up to the riverbank. That is how he made himself free of the web.
