Answer: The blue whale is boasting to all the creatures of the sea and the land.it is doing so to establish its supremacy over the other animals mentioned in the poem.
Question 2: Which animals is the whale comparing itself with? Why?
Answer: The whale says that it is bigger than elephants, rhinos, giraffe, walruses and hippos. All these animals are big ones and the whale understands that if it can prove itself to be bigger than these then it will be able to say that it truly is the biggest animal in the world.

Answer: Yes, the repetition of the ‘b’ sound forms the nice rhythm that makes the poem enjoyable to read.
