In this article, I will use two methods: From Settings and From Sign-In Screen.

From Settings

Press the Windows logo key + I on your keyboard to open settings or directly open settings by clicking the Gear icon present on the left of the start menu.

Then click Update & Security and click on Recovery.

Under Advanced Setup, click on Restart Now.

Now, your PC will restart to a Choose an option screen. Click on Troubleshoot and under Troubleshoot, click on Advanced Options.

Under Advanced options, click on Startup Settings and then click on Restart. You may be asked to type in your BitLocker Recovery Key.

After your PC restarts, you will see a number of options. Select 4 or hit F4 to boot your PC in Safe Mode.

From Sign-In Screen

On Windows Sign-In Screen, press and hold the Shift key while you choose Power and then click on Restart.

Now, your PC will restart to a Choose an option screen. Click on Troubleshoot and under Troubleshoot, click on Advanced Options.

Under Advanced options, click on Startup Settings and then click on Restart. You may be asked to type in your BitLocker Recovery Key.
