Answer:

Question 2: Why is the Sun’s reputation at ‘zero’?

Answer:

(a) The sunlight comes directly through the torn ozone layer making the Earth warmer.
(b) People blame the Sun for making the Earth warmer and disregard the fact that it is their doing that has done so.

Answer: These lines convey that due to climate change the world will be destroyed one day as all creatures will die due to excessive heat. The Sun will continue to shine but it feels sad that nobody will enjoy its brightness and warmth.

Answer: The Sun complains that climate change has caused global warming and soon when life will stop to exist on earth and he will not be able to shine on all the creatures.

Answer: It is true that humans have exploited the Earth more for greed than need. All the resources are being exploited and soon air, water, soil will be so polluted that life will cease to exist. Due to industrialization and modernization, natural resources have depleted and we have polluted our rivers, lakes, oceans, air beyond control. Trees have been cut down in large numbers which further adds to the problem.

Question 9: What is your solution to this problem?

Answer: We should control pollution, consume organically grown food products, avoid use of polythene bags and use environment-friendly products. We should plant more trees in our locality.
